At Stickeezy, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within a short window after purchase. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns
All custom and made-to-order decals are final sale.
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping services.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out — we will assist in filing a claim and finding the best possible solution.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
