Hello Stickeezy Team,
I’m reaching out regarding my recent order, #4075, which was delivered today, October 19. Thank you.
I purchased four Kia caliper decals, but I’ve since decided that I would prefer the new X-Line decals for my 2027 Kia Telluride X-Line EX AWD instead as the Kia logo is already on the hub caps.
The package is still unopened, and all items remain in their original packaging. I reviewed your return policy and understand that custom and made-to-order decals are generally final sale, but that unopened and unused items may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.
Rather than requesting a refund, I’d be happy to exchange my Kia decals for the new look “X-Line” caliper decals, if available. I’m hoping we can work something out, and I’m willing to pay any price difference if applicable for the X-Line decals.
Could you please let me know if this exchange would be possible and how I should proceed?
Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
